Constitutional order
Purpose, principles, rights, boundaries and safeguards form the public order within which every role operates.
About Universal Sustainable Growth
USG connects a common direction, practical pathways, knowledge and participation. It grows through visible contribution, shared principles and continuing stewardship.

The institution
Trust becomes meaningful when it can guide decisions, relationships and action.
USG provides an open international framework for people and organisations working across different rules, cultures and responsibilities. It offers a common direction without requiring uniformity—and practical ways to move from intention to credible participation.
Its institutional character is shared, responsible and continuously developing. The principles provide continuity; the people and organisations who participate bring them to life.
How USG is governed
USG’s governance model places shared principles, stewardship and Commons participation at the centre of its development. The Commons provides a space for contribution and proposals; legal and operational responsibilities remain with the relevant entities and appointed roles.
Legal and technical roles protect the integrity, security and continuity of the platform. They do not own its purpose.
Purpose, principles, rights, boundaries and safeguards form the public order within which every role operates.
Trust Builders contribute questions, knowledge, experience and proposals through open dialogue and responsible participation.
Technical stewards maintain security, stability, compatibility, information boundaries and the careful implementation of agreed change.
Legal responsibility, data protection, conflict management and review procedures provide safeguards. The applicable service terms identify responsibilities and review routes.
Current website operation: Universal Sustainable Growth Organisation Ltd., registered in England and Wales under company number 17056207, operates this website and the services it directly contracts to provide. A separate provider’s identity and responsibilities must be confirmed in the relevant service terms. See Terms, Privacy and Complaints and review.
A stewarded commons: responsibility remains identifiable, while institutional purpose is held through the shared order rather than a conventional executive centre.
Our philosophy
It becomes visible in how we use advantage, keep commitments, respond to difficulty and contribute to what comes next.
See the context, the difference in power and the people whose voices are easiest to miss.
Choose a shared direction and make capacity, responsibility and limits clear.
Turn principles into decisions, relationships and conduct that others can observe.
Leave knowledge, experience and practical value that others can carry forward.
USG Scheme
The USG Scheme expresses the shared direction and the voluntary commitment of a Trust Builder. It creates common ground for participation while respecting different traditions, roles and areas of practice.
Read the USG Scheme →USG Commons
The Commons is not an audience gathered around USG. It is the shared space formed by those who endorse the Scheme and contribute knowledge, dialogue, experience and practical work. Every Trust Builder is part of its formation—and a co-builder of its future.
This is a role of contribution and stewardship—not a claim of corporate ownership, professional accreditation or authority over others.
Contribute research, experience and useful questions.
Open conversations across institutions, professions and communities.
Develop initiatives, working groups and practical responses.
Help the Commons remain responsible, open and useful over time.
Built through participation. Strengthened by contribution. Carried forward as a shared record.
