How it works

Prevention is a disciplined way of keeping the future available.

Dispute prevention is appropriate when a contract, project, team or cross-border relationship is under pressure but there is still room to clarify expectations and agree a constructive next step. It is not adjudication and does not remove legal rights or deadlines.

01

Early attention

Surface practical pressure before uncertainty becomes accusation or formal position.

02

Independent structure

A facilitator helps participants hear, clarify and organise the issues without deciding the outcome.

03

Proportionate action

Use the smallest credible intervention and preserve more formal options where needed.
